Multi-axis programming
3-, 4-, and 5-axis toolpath, workholding, and collision-aware code. Tilt, swarf, 3+2, full simultaneous — written for the machine you actually own.

Automation After Dark
The programmer you wish was on second shift — without putting him on the books.
Two brothers. Combined 25+ years on the controls. We write control-ready Mastercam, stand up 5-axis and pallet work, and keep the spindle cutting after the day crew clocks out. No software or machine is untamable.
01 / Capabilities
Not a CAM tutorial. A program you can load, prove, and leave running.
3-, 4-, and 5-axis toolpath, workholding, and collision-aware code. Tilt, swarf, 3+2, full simultaneous — written for the machine you actually own.
Feeds, speeds, tooling, and cycle-time cuts. Stable process before the first unattended run. We argue with the clock, not the operator.
Probe routines, recovery, alarms, pallet logic, and unattended-run setup so the spindle keeps turning after dark.
Mastercam is home base. Any CAM package or control on the floor gets programmed. Posts, planes, stock, and a file the control will swallow.
First-article review, dry-run checks, and handoff with the person who will own the job at 6 a.m.
Family of parts. Release package. The one job sitting on the programmer’s desk while the new 5-axis eats the week.
02 / The floor
Fred came up through the shops that made this zip code famous — then took that same pace into aerospace cells and a Formula 1 team. Clint is the other seat. Same last name. Same language.
Motorsports
Short lead times. Model changes mid-week. Parts that have to be on the car, not in inspection. Fred programmed and cut in that world — first as a machinist at Detroit Speed and MWR, then as a CNC programmer inside Haas F1 Team.
Aerospace
Fred ran manufacturing for Scott Anderson at StarHagen after starting there on contract. That floor was 3-axis Okuma GENOS work, MU-4000V and MU-6300V 5-axis, and an MB-5000H on a 10-pallet Fastems cell. AS9100 work. Inconel and the rest of the ugly alloys. He has talked publicly about competing on cycle time against shops that will eat your lunch if you leave 20% on the table.
Mold
Toolpath that has to leave a surface, not a witness. Steel, long cycles, electrodes and cavities. That is where a lot of “it posted, so it is done” programs die.
704
Race shops, aero cells, mold houses, and medical work all sit inside a half-hour of this town. We live here. We already know what your second shift sounds like.
03 / Who we help
04 / How we engage
05 / What people notice
Work offsets named like a human. Stock that matches the saw cut. Tool numbers that match the crib. Collision check before the crash. Comments in the code so second shift is not guessing. We send a program you would not be ashamed to put your name on.
The machine is the most expensive thing in the building that sits still. We exist so a 5-axis does not wait on a programmer who is already buried. Flat quotes. No “discovery workshop.” You get a file and a call.

UNC Charlotte. Machinist at Detroit Speed and Michael Waltrip Racing. Programmer at Ameritech Die & Mold. Contract programmer then manufacturing manager at StarHagen Aerospace. CNC programmer at Haas F1 Team. He has stood in front of 3-axis mills, full 5-axis, and a pallet cell and been the person who had to make the next shift’s parts exist.

The other brother. Same last name on the setup sheet. Combined with Fred that is 25+ years of programming and shop-floor work. If the job needs two sets of eyes or someone on the floor while the other is in Mastercam, that is why there are two of us.

Mastercam is home. If your floor is Fusion, Hypermill, NX, or a control that wants to be programmed at the machine, we still take the job. The post and the process matter more than the logo on the CAM box.
Yes when the first article has to stick or the cell is new. Mooresville, Concord, Statesville, Charlotte, and the rest of the 704 — we are already here. Farther than that, we will tell you if the trip is worth it.
That is the best customer. We take the overflow, match the way your guy already names tools and planes, and hand it back clean. We are not here to replace a seat that works.
Yes, if the workholding, probing, and recovery are honest. If the job is one broken tool away from scraping a tombstone, we will say that before you leave it running.
